Tulip Garden

One of family first trips we had in a long time!
The Tulip garden is a amazing place! They have endless amount of tulips in different colors and even different breed! i wish i had a tulip garden in my backyard ;). waking up to see it will be pretty nice ;).

shooting the tulip garden was pretty fun! This was my first time i think to do a hands on all out shoot with out no strobes or lights or a reflector. this was the first time i had also learn how to use my auto focus lock. The auto focus lock is going to be my favorite button i tell you !!! with this button i can make some amazing bokeh affects and the pictures come out crispy and clear. !

Today was a fun and exciting day.
When shooting photograph its always fun to help out a person that is starting out in photography!
That is exactly what happen today! i got a chance to share my knowledge with a up and coming photographer name Jonathan lu. He recently just pick up his new DSLR, very new to the digital world and photography in general!

Khmer New Years Hosted by the KSA

This is by far one of the greatest event i have ever been too.
it was truly my honor to be able to shoot an important and fantastic event like this!

This was a two day event for me!
on Friday i had brought my backdrop set up to take all cast members in there tradition outfits.

I have never witness a Khmer new years so it was going to be a great opportunity to learn and capture the moments!

While i was there i also had met Sokahs Family! they are one of a kind, his family reminded me so much of mine.! This is why taking pictures is so awesome! when you can relate to the subject, the picture has passion and a great meaning to it !
